The location was perfect for our visit to the Aeolian Islands, and it offered a range of exciting activities like horse riding, mountain biking, and ecotours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the valet parking service, which made our stay much more convenient. it was a great place for families looking for some fresh air and adventurous activities nearby.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

I absolutely loved the modern and elegant decoration of the hotel. The paintings and furniture were simply exquisite and added a touch of sophistication to the entire place. It really made me feel like I was staying in a high-end establishment. The general areas were well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel as a senior woman. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive. There were ramps and elevators available, making it convenient for us to move around without any hassle.

The only thing that could have made my vacation even better as a senior person was if the children working there had a bit more knowledge of the local attractions and activities suitable for older guests. It would have been helpful to receive some recommendations specifically catered to our age group.

The location is not perfect; almost no footpath when you leave the hotel. You have to cross a rather dangerous street (traffic) when heading for the port. But that's not the fault of the hotel, of course.

I stayed at La Bussola for a week with my husband and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. Francesco, Simona, and Georgia made our stay very comfortable and made us feel welcome. The breakfast had a great selection, including cereals, and the view from the Queen Harbour View room, though industrial, was enjoyable. The sun terrace was a nice spot to relax.

The personal was really helpful. We got breakfast earlier than normally, because our ship departured at 7:20

the A/C was out of function, therefore we opened the door of the balcony. The road in front of the hotel is the main road, so it was loud all the night.

We had a great location near the port where we could board the ferry to the Aeolian islands. The room was pleasant, with a clean and modern bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the main ferry terminal. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about the local area and helping us book our day trip. The room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of items to choose from.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, this wasn't a big issue and didn't affect our overall stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is convenient as it's close to the port and within walking distance to where you board the ferries to the Aeolian Islands. I also loved the fact that my room had a balcony which gave me a lovely view of the harbor. Additionally, the staff members were professional and welcoming, and I appreciated their help in guiding me towards the best local food spots. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good for an additional charge of 10 euros.
